Full 10-Year Warranty
All of our mattresses and box springs are covered by a full 10-Year Non-Prorated Warranty to the original purchaser. Warranty and Assurance of Quality: Artisans dedicated to producing only the finest and purest quality sleep systems have crafted the mattresses we sell. That is our promise. The 10-year mattress Warranty covers all components and covers against defects in materials and manufacturing. Should a failure occur in any of these components, including the spring core, basic construction or cover, The EverGreen™ Home will gladly repair or replace your mattress or box spring at our discretion. You will be asked only to cover the cost of shipping. This warranty is F.O.B. 11911 Clark Street, Arcadia, California  91006-6019 and is not transferable.

While we strive very hard to ensure your satisfaction, a few conditions beyond our control may invalidate this Warranty:

• Should the mattress be used without a box spring, or with a box spring other than one sold by The EverGreen™ Home. 
• Should the mattress be folded or bent
• The box springs have not been properly supported
• There are signs of insufficient care such as stains, burns, or compacting due to insufficient turning. 

Please note that we cannot be responsible for claims associated with the handles, normal wear, fading, or stains to the cover, issues of firmness, allergies or sensitivities to materials, Mattresses or box springs sold “as is” or as floor models are outside the coverage of this policy as well.   The natural components of these mattresses will respond to interactions with the human body.  Gentle body impressions and subtle shifts in support characteristics are perfectly normal.   They will in no way diminish the performance of your sleep system.   All our mattresses are hand-made and can vary up to 1” in size, and may compress 1/3” in volume with regular use.

Your mattress and box spring are free from known defects, created under a pledge of providing superior construction and attention to detail.

Return Policy
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with everything you purchase from The EverGreen™ Home. Please see the following return stipulations before purchasing. Thank you.

Small Household Items
If any of our nursery linens, adult pillows, and small bedding items or accessories do not meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund or exchange (as long as the items remain in their original packaging and you have not laundered them in any way). These items should be returned by regular ground or UPS.  Please fill out the Return Authorization Form to apply for your Return Authorization Number.  Return items cannot be accepted without prior authorization. We regret that we cannot however pay for the postage and handling for returned linens, garments and accessories.

Mattresses, Mattress Pads, Toppers, Boxsprings and Furniture
Customers may return or exchange items due to manufacturer’s defects. However this is the only condition under which we can accept returns or exchanges. The EverGreen ™ Home, for example cannot grant returns or exchanges due to allergic reactions. Each item is made to order. Customers who have sensitivities to latex or wool (which are core components in our mattresses and toppers) are encouraged to request our free allergy test kit to determine if our products can be tolerated. Shipping Information
The EverGreen™ Home uses a custom freight carrier for large items such as mattresses and box springs.  All items in the Organic Gem Series include the cost of such shipping. 

Our smallest products, such as our organic seeds, are mailed out via First Class U.S. mail.  The cost of postage is based upon weight in ounces.

All other products are shipped out via UPS.  The EverGreen™ Home offers  options for UPS ground: 2-Day and 3-Day options.  Please note that many of the larger products we sell, such as mattresses, are hand-made to order.  As such, the 2-Day and 3-Day shipping options apply only at the point your products are completed and ready to ship from our factory.

Shipping Stipulation: With the exception of our Organic Gem Series Line, customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. If however there is damage to any Organic Gem Series item, customers are to file claims by contacting our office at 1-800-270-2448, extenstion 701.  Additional Shipping Information.

Please note that certain surcharges may apply for delivering to areas that are considered off-road or off-shore destinations, .

The EverGreen™ Home RETURN POLICY. Please note that our items are made-to order, and as such, we charge for the order prior to going into production. Once your order is placed for large items like mattresses, mattress toppers, mattress pads, frames and box springs, you must cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it in order to be given a refund. Orders that are not canceled within 48 hours cannot be refunded. Please bear in mind that we do not keep inventory, and do not hold products in warehouses where they can become compressed or aged. Each order placed for any of our bedding items and foundations is made especially for you, and the raw materials are sourced specifically for your order. As such, pre-payment is required. 

Liability Limitations.
